Sidoine MBOGNI YONTA is a photographer based in Douala, Cameroon. Through the lens of his camera, he visually depicts the hope and dignity of African peoples, their culture and their artistic and memorial heritage, in order to contribute to the construction of a new edifice of identity in the face of Africa's growing civilizational crises.
His art focuses on documenting places of artistic and cultural knowledge, memory and the people, artisans and entrepreneurs who contribute to shaping, preserving and reconnecting with this cultural identity.
